How to Send Bookly Data to Flodesk
Flodesk is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting Bookly appointment into Flodesk does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

- A Flodesk account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Flodesk to AFI
- Log in to your Flodesk account.

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Flodesk.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.
3. Select Flodesk as the destination
Choose Flodesk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Flodesk segment.
4. Map fields
Match each Flodesk field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Flodesk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Flodesk with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Bookly events trigger the integration?
