How to Send Avada Forms Submissions to Nimble

Nimble is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Avada Forms submission should flow into Nimble automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to Nimble. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Avada Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Nimble account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Nimble to AFI

1. Log in to your Nimble account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Nimble.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Avada Forms to Nimble.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Avada Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Nimble as the destination

Choose Nimble from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Nimble.

4. Map fields

Match each Nimble field on the left to the corresponding Avada Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Avada Forms form and submit. Check Nimble to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
