How to Send ARForms Data to Selzy

Selzy is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every ARForms submission record should flow into Selzy automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

• A WordPress site with ARForms installed and configured.

Connect Selzy to AFI

Selzy uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Selzy, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Selzy.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Selzy as the destination

Choose Selzy from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Selzy.

4. Map fields

Match each Selzy field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Selzy to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
