Real Geeks is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Getting ARForms submission into Real Geeks does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to real estate CRM. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with ARForms installed and configured.
  • A Real Geeks account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Real Geeks to AFI

Real Geeks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Real Geeks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Real Geeks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Real Geeks as the destination

Choose Real Geeks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Real Geeks.

4. Map fields

Match each Real Geeks field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Real Geeks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Real Geeks with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which ARForms events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
