How to Send ARForms Data to JustCall

JustCall is a phone and SMS platform. ARForms handles a form is submitted on your WordPress site. JustCall is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting ARForms to phone and SMS, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with ARForms installed and configured.
• A JustCall account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect JustCall to AFI

1. Log in to your JustCall account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → JustCall.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to JustCall.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select JustCall as the destination

Choose JustCall from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in JustCall.

4. Map fields

Match each JustCall field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check JustCall to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
