How to Send ARForms Data to Follow Up Boss

What you will need

Connect Follow Up Boss to AFI

1. Log in to your Follow Up Boss account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Follow Up Boss.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Follow Up Boss.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Follow Up Boss as the destination

Choose Follow Up Boss from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Follow Up Boss.

4. Map fields

Match each Follow Up Boss field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Follow Up Boss to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
