Flowlu is a business management platform. If you want ARForms submission synced to Flowlu, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why connect directly?

Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-submission fees, no external dependencies.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with ARForms installed and configured.
  • A Flowlu account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Flowlu to AFI

  1. Log in to your Flowlu account.
  2. Copy your Subdomain and API Token.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Flowlu.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Flowlu.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Flowlu as the destination

Choose Flowlu from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Flowlu.

4. Map fields

Match each Flowlu field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Flowlu to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Flowlu with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which ARForms events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
