How to Send ARForms Data to Elasticemail

Elasticemail is a platform platform. Here is how to pipe ARForms submission straight into Elasticemail using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with ARForms installed and configured.

Connect Elasticemail to AFI

Elasticemail uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Elasticemail, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Elasticemail.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Elasticemail as the destination

Choose Elasticemail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Elasticemail.

4. Map fields

Match each Elasticemail field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Elasticemail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
