How to Send ARForms Data to Curated

Curated is a newsletter platform platform. Every ARForms submission record should flow into Curated automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers submission data straight from WordPress to Curated. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with ARForms installed and configured.
• A Curated account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Curated to AFI

Curated uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Curated, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it ARForms to Curated.

2. Pick your trigger

Select ARForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Curated as the destination

Choose Curated from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Curated.

4. Map fields

Match each Curated field on the left to the corresponding ARForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in ARForms. Check Curated to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
