How to Send Amelia Data to Discord

Discord is a messaging platform. Events can trigger instant notifications. Every Amelia booking record should flow into Discord automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Discord to AFI

Discord uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Discord, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Amelia to Discord.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Amelia as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment or booking is made, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status.

3. Select Discord as the destination

Choose Discord from the platform dropdown and pick Send Message. This sends a message to a Discord channel.

4. Map fields

Match each Discord field on the left to the corresponding Amelia field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, appointment date, and booking status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Amelia. Check Discord to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
