How to Send Quill Forms Data to Velocify

Velocify is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Quill Forms handles a conversational form is completed on your WordPress site. Velocify is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

Connect Velocify to AFI

Velocify uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Velocify, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Velocify.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Velocify as the destination

Choose Velocify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Velocify.

4. Map fields

Match each Velocify field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Velocify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
