How to Send Quill Forms Data to Tidio

Connect Tidio to AFI

1. Log in to your Tidio account.
2. Copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Tidio.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quill Forms to Tidio.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quill Forms as the form provider. AFI fires when a conversational form is completed, giving you access to respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers.

3. Select Tidio as the destination

Choose Tidio from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Tidio.

4. Map fields

Match each Tidio field on the left to the corresponding Quill Forms field on the right. Common mappings include respondent name, email, phone, and any custom form answers. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Quill Forms. Check Tidio to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
