How to Send Dokan Data to Outreach

Outreach is a sales engagement platform. Dokan manages a vendor registers or a product is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Outreach.

Connect Outreach to AFI

1. Log in to your Outreach account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Outreach.
4. Paste the token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Outreach.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Outreach as the destination

Choose Outreach from the platform dropdown and pick Add Prospect. This creates a prospect in Outreach.

4. Map fields

Match each Outreach field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Outreach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
