How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Ultimate Member registration record should flow into Zoho CRM automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Zoho CRM to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Zoho CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Zoho CRM as the destination

Choose Zoho CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Zoho CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho CRM field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Zoho CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
