How to Send Ultimate Member Data to ON24

What you will need

Connect ON24 to AFI

1. Log in to your ON24 account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ON24.
4. Paste the API Key and Client Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to ON24.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select ON24 as the destination

Choose ON24 from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Event. This registers a contact for an ON24 event.

4. Map fields

Match each ON24 field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check ON24 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
