FluentBooking is a appointment scheduling platform. Every Ultimate Member registration record should flow into FluentBooking automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to appointment scheduling. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Ultimate Member installed and configured.
  • A FluentBooking account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect FluentBooking to AFI

FluentBooking uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → FluentBooking, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to FluentBooking.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select FluentBooking as the destination

Choose FluentBooking from the platform dropdown and pick Create Booking. This creates a booking in FluentBooking.

4. Map fields

Match each FluentBooking field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check FluentBooking to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and date to FluentBooking with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Ultimate Member events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
