How to Send Bookly Data to GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Bookly handles an appointment is booked on your WordPress site. GoToWebinar is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect GoToWebinar to AFI

GoToWebinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → GoToWebinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to GoToWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select GoToWebinar as the destination

Choose GoToWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a GoToWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each GoToWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check GoToWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
