How to Send Bookly Data to Googlesheets

Googlesheets is a platform platform. Bookly manages an appointment is booked, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Googlesheets.

Connect Googlesheets to AFI

Googlesheets uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Googlesheets, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Googlesheets.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Googlesheets as the destination

Choose Googlesheets from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Googlesheets.

4. Map fields

Match each Googlesheets field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Googlesheets to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
