How to Send Bookly Data to Acelle Mail
Acelle Mail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting Bookly appointment into Acelle Mail does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to email marketing. No task meter, no monthly bill.

- A Acelle Mail account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Acelle Mail.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.
3. Select Acelle Mail as the destination
Choose Acelle Mail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to an Acelle Mail list.
4. Map fields
Match each Acelle Mail field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Acelle Mail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Acelle Mail with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Bookly events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an appointment is booked. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
