How to Send The Events Calendar Data to SendGrid

SendGrid is a email delivery platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. The Events Calendar handles an event RSVP or ticket order is submitted on your WordPress site. SendGrid is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in The Events Calendar. Check SendGrid to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
