How to Send FluentCRM Data to Encharge

Encharge is a marketing automation platform. Here is how to pipe FluentCRM contact straight into Encharge using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Encharge to AFI

1. Log in to your Encharge account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Encharge.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FluentCRM to Encharge.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FluentCRM as the form provider. AFI fires when a contact submits a form or a tag is applied, giving you access to contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values.

3. Select Encharge as the destination

Choose Encharge from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates or updates a person in Encharge.

4. Map fields

Match each Encharge field on the left to the corresponding FluentCRM field on the right. Common mappings include contact name, email, phone, tags, and custom field values. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in FluentCRM. Check Encharge to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
