How to Send weForms Data to Re:amaze

Re:amaze is a helpdesk platform. Getting weForms submission into Re:amaze does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

• A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.

Connect Re:amaze to AFI

Re:amaze uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Re:amaze, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Re:amaze.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Re:amaze as the destination

Choose Re:amaze from the platform dropdown and pick Create Conversation. This creates a conversation in Re:amaze.

4. Map fields

Match each Re:amaze field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Re:amaze to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
