How to Send weForms Data to Mailshake

Mailshake is a email outreach platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. weForms manages a form is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Mailshake.

What you will need

Connect Mailshake to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailshake account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailshake.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Mailshake.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Mailshake as the destination

Choose Mailshake from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to a Mailshake campaign.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailshake field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Mailshake to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
