What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Systeme.io account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Systeme.io to AFI

1. Log in to your Systeme.io account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Systeme.io.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Systeme.io.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Systeme.io as the destination

Choose Systeme.io from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Systeme.io.

4. Map fields

Match each Systeme.io field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Systeme.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
