How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Mailercloud

Mailercloud is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe Fluent Affiliate affiliate data straight into Mailercloud using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Mailercloud to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Mailercloud.

3. Select Mailercloud as the destination

Choose Mailercloud from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Mailercloud.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailercloud field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Mailercloud to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
