How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Mailcoach

Mailcoach is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Fluent Affiliate an affiliate registers or a referral is generated should flow into Mailcoach automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Mailcoach account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Mailcoach to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailcoach account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailcoach.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Mailcoach.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Mailcoach as the destination

Choose Mailcoach from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Mailcoach list.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailcoach field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Mailcoach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
