Airmeet is a virtual events platform. SliceWP tracks an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Airmeet.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your affiliate program to virtual events, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with SliceWP installed and configured.
  • A Airmeet account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Airmeet to AFI

  1. Log in to your Airmeet account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Airmeet.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to Airmeet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Airmeet as the destination

Choose Airmeet from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an Airmeet event.

4. Map fields

Match each Airmeet field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check Airmeet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Airmeet with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which SliceWP events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
