How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Housecall Pro

Housecall Pro is a field service platform. Here is how to pipe LifterLMS data straight into Housecall Pro using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.
• A Housecall Pro account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Housecall Pro to AFI

1. Log in to your Housecall Pro account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Housecall Pro.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Housecall Pro.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Housecall Pro as the destination

Choose Housecall Pro from the platform dropdown and pick Create Customer. This creates a customer in Housecall Pro.

4. Map fields

Match each Housecall Pro field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Housecall Pro to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
