How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Enormail

Enormail is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. If you want LifterLMS data in Enormail, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.

Connect Enormail to AFI

Enormail uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Enormail, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Enormail.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Enormail as the destination

Choose Enormail from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Enormail.

4. Map fields

Match each Enormail field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Enormail to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
