How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to DealMachine

DealMachine is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. LifterLMS handles a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership on your WordPress site. DealMachine is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect DealMachine to AFI

1. Log in to your DealMachine account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → DealMachine.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to DealMachine.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select DealMachine as the destination

Choose DealMachine from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in DealMachine.

4. Map fields

Match each DealMachine field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check DealMachine to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
