How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Attio

Attio is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. LifterLMS manages a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Attio.

What you will need

Connect Attio to AFI

Attio uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Attio, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Attio.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Attio as the destination

Choose Attio from the platform dropdown and pick Create Record. This creates a record in Attio.

4. Map fields

Match each Attio field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Attio to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
