How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Visma eAccounting

Visma eAccounting is an accounting platform for managing finances. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into Visma eAccounting automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Visma eAccounting to AFI

Visma eAccounting uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Visma eAccounting, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Visma eAccounting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Visma eAccounting as the destination

Choose Visma eAccounting from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in Visma eAccounting.

4. Map fields

Match each Visma eAccounting field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Visma eAccounting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
