How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Nimble
Nimble is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into Nimble automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
The direct approach
AFI delivers enrollment and course data straight from WordPress to Nimble. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
- A Nimble account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Nimble to AFI
- Log in to your Nimble account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Nimble.
- Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Nimble.
2. Pick your trigger
Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.
3. Select Nimble as the destination
Choose Nimble from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Nimble.
4. Map fields
Match each Nimble field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Nimble to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Nimble with unlimited enrollments. Pro adds custom field mapping and tags. No per-enrollment fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which LearnDash events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson. This covers new enrollments, course completions, and student registrations.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the enrollment event completes. Your students are not affected.
Can I send enrollments to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every enrollment flows to all of them simultaneously.
