How to Send CartFlows Orders to Zoho Campaigns
Zoho Campaigns is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. CartFlows processes orders through beautiful sales funnels, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Zoho Campaigns.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-order fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
- A Zoho Campaigns account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Zoho Campaigns to AFI
Zoho Campaigns uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Campaigns, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Zoho Campaigns.
2. Pick your trigger
Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Zoho Campaigns as the destination
Choose Zoho Campaigns from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Zoho Campaigns list.
4. Map fields
Match each Zoho Campaigns field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Zoho Campaigns to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Zoho Campaigns with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
