How to Send CartFlows Orders to ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan is a field service management platform. CartFlows processes orders through beautiful sales funnels, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to ServiceTitan.

What you will need

Connect ServiceTitan to AFI

1. Contact your ServiceTitan account manager for API access.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceTitan.
3. Enter the client ID and secret.
4. Click Save and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to ServiceTitan.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select ServiceTitan as the destination

Choose ServiceTitan from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in ServiceTitan.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceTitan field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check ServiceTitan to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
