How to Send SureCart Orders to Kirim.Email
Kirim.Email is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe SureCart order data straight into Kirim.Email using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
The direct approach
AFI delivers order data straight from WordPress to Kirim.Email. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
- A Kirim.Email account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Kirim.Email to AFI
- Log in to your Kirim.Email account.
- Copy your API Key from settings.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Kirim.Email.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Kirim.Email.
2. Pick your trigger
Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Kirim.Email as the destination
Choose Kirim.Email from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Kirim.Email.
4. Map fields
Match each Kirim.Email field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Kirim.Email to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Kirim.Email with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which SureCart events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
