How to Send SureCart Orders to Emailit

Emailit is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting SureCart order data into Emailit does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Emailit to AFI

1. Log in to your Emailit account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Emailit.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Emailit.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Emailit as the destination

Choose Emailit from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Emailit.

4. Map fields

Match each Emailit field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Emailit to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
