How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to Zoho Campaigns

Zoho Campaigns is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Everest Forms makes it easy to build WordPress forms. Everest Forms is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your forms to email marketing, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A Zoho Campaigns account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Zoho Campaigns to AFI

Zoho Campaigns uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Campaigns, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to Zoho Campaigns.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Zoho Campaigns as the destination

Choose Zoho Campaigns from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Zoho Campaigns list.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Campaigns field on the left to the corresponding Everest Forms field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Everest Forms form and submit. Check Zoho Campaigns to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
