How to Send Everest Forms Submissions to EngageBay

EngageBay is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Everest Forms submissions straight into EngageBay using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Everest Forms installed and at least one form.
• A EngageBay account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect EngageBay to AFI

1. Log in to your EngageBay account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → EngageBay.
4. Enter the API Key, email, and name, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Everest Forms to EngageBay.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Everest Forms as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select EngageBay as the destination
