How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Sendy

What you will need

Connect Sendy to AFI

1. Log in to your Sendy installation.
2. Copy your API Key from the settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sendy.
4. Enter your Sendy URL and API Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Sendy.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Sendy as the destination

Choose Sendy from the platform dropdown and pick Subscribe To List. This subscribes a contact to a Sendy list.

4. Map fields

Match each Sendy field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Sendy to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
