How to Send WooCommerce Orders to BigMarker

BigMarker is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. WooCommerce powers millions of online stores. BigMarker is where your customer and order data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.
• A BigMarker account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect BigMarker to AFI

1. Log in to your BigMarker account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → BigMarker.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to BigMarker.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select BigMarker as the destination

Choose BigMarker from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a BigMarker webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each BigMarker field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check BigMarker to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Frequently asked questions

Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order status changes (for example, pending to processing, or processing to completed). This covers new orders, successful payments, refunds, and cancellations.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
