How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Wrike
Wrike is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. Getting FormCraft data into Wrike does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
The direct approach
AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to Wrike. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
- A Wrike account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Wrike to AFI
Wrike uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Wrike, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Wrike.
2. Pick your trigger
Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select Wrike as the destination
Choose Wrike from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Wrike.
4. Map fields
Match each Wrike field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Wrike to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps title and description to Wrike with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the form submission completes. Your visitors see the normal success message without any delay.
Can I connect multiple FormCraft forms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each form, or send one form to multiple platforms.
