How to Send FormCraft Submissions to SendPulse

SendPulse is a multi-channel marketing platform. FormCraft makes it easy to build conversational forms, but sending data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to SendPulse.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A SendPulse account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect SendPulse to AFI

SendPulse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SendPulse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to SendPulse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select SendPulse as the destination

Choose SendPulse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to SendPulse.

4. Map fields

Match each SendPulse field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check SendPulse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
