How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Events Manager

Events Manager is a event management platform. If you want FormCraft submissions in Events Manager, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect Events Manager to AFI

Events Manager uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Events Manager, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Events Manager.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Events Manager as the destination

Choose Events Manager from the platform dropdown and pick Add Event. This creates an event in Events Manager.

4. Map fields

Match each Events Manager field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Events Manager to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
