How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Dynamics 365 Marketing

Dynamics 365 Marketing is a marketing automation platform. Getting FormCraft data into Dynamics 365 Marketing does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

What you will need

Connect Dynamics 365 Marketing to AFI

Dynamics 365 Marketing uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Marketing, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Dynamics 365 Marketing.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Dynamics 365 Marketing as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 Marketing from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365 Marketing.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 Marketing field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Dynamics 365 Marketing to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
