How to Send FormCraft Submissions to Constant Contact

Constant Contact is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe FormCraft submissions straight into Constant Contact using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with FormCraft installed and at least one form.
• A Constant Contact account.

Connect Constant Contact to AFI

Constant Contact uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Constant Contact, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it FormCraft to Constant Contact.

2. Pick your trigger

Select FormCraft as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Constant Contact as the destination

Choose Constant Contact from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Constant Contact.

4. Map fields

Match each Constant Contact field on the left to the corresponding FormCraft field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your FormCraft form and submit. Check Constant Contact to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
