How to Send Elementor Pro Forms Submissions to Groundhogg
Groundhogg is a marketing automation platform. Getting Elementor Pro Forms data into Groundhogg does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Groundhogg. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Elementor Pro installed and at least one Pro Form.
- A Groundhogg account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

- In AFI, select Groundhogg as the action platform.
- Map your fields and save the integration.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Elementor to Groundhogg.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Elementor Pro Form as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.
3. Select Groundhogg as the destination
Choose Groundhogg from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in Groundhogg.
4. Map fields
Match each Groundhogg field on the left to the corresponding Elementor form field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Fill out your Elementor form and submit. Check Groundhogg to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Groundhogg with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping and tag assignment. No per-submission fees on any plan.
