MYOB is an accounting platform for managing finances. Here is how to pipe Contact Form 7 submissions straight into MYOB using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

The direct approach

AFI delivers form data straight from WordPress to MYOB. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
  • A MYOB account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect MYOB to AFI

MYOB uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → MYOB, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CF7 to MYOB.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Contact Form 7 and choose your form. Fields are detected automatically.

3. Select MYOB as the destination

Choose MYOB and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in MYOB.

4. Map fields

Match each MYOB field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. Smart tags like {{_submission_date}} are available.

5. Add conditions if needed

Send only specific submissions based on conditional rules.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Submit a test form and verify in MYOB. Check AFI → Log if needed.

Free vs Pro

Free maps name and email with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-submission fees.
