How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to Breeze ChMS

Connect Breeze ChMS to AFI
- Log in to your Breeze ChMS account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Breeze ChMS.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CF7 to Breeze ChMS.

4. Map fields

5. Add conditions if needed
Send only specific submissions based on conditional rules.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Submit a test form and verify in Breeze ChMS. Check AFI → Log if needed.
