How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to Jetpack CRM
Jetpack CRM (formerly Zero BS CRM) is a WordPress-native CRM. No external accounts or API keys to worry about.
Getting Contact Form 7 data into Jetpack CRM does not require Zapier, webhooks, or custom PHP. Advanced Form Integration handles the connection natively, and this guide shows every step.
Why not just use Zapier?
For a single form-to-CRM connection on WordPress, a cloud automation service is overkill. AFI runs on your site, so there is no task meter, no monthly bill that grows with your traffic, and no third party seeing your data.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
- A Jetpack CRM account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Jetpack CRM to AFI
- Jetpack CRM runs inside WordPress, so no external API key is needed.
- Make sure the Jetpack CRM plugin is installed and activated.
- In AFI, select Jetpack CRM as the action platform.
- Map your fields and save the integration.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it something recognizable, like CF7 to Jetpack CRM.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Contact Form 7 and choose the specific form. AFI reads the form fields automatically.
3. Select Jetpack CRM as the destination
Choose Jetpack CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Jetpack CRM.
4. Map fields
Match each Jetpack CRM field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Submit a test entry and confirm the data arrived in Jetpack CRM. Check AFI → Log if anything needs debugging.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Jetpack CRM with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping and deal creation. No per-submission fees on any plan.
